About Onoloans

Onoloans is a wholly tribally owned lending entity of the Mechoopda Indian Tribe of Chico Rancheria, operating within the exterior boundaries of a sovereign Indian reservation. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information about applicants and customers.

Information We Collect

When you apply for a loan or use our services, we collect personal information including:

  • Name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Driver's license number and Social Security Number
  • Date of birth
  • Employment, income, and asset information
  • Bank account information
  • Information about co-applicants, where applicable

We obtain additional information from consumer reporting agencies and other lenders regarding your creditworthiness and credit history.
