Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Onoloans website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to your use of the website; the specific terms of any loan you receive are set forth in your loan agreement.
Eligibility
To apply for a loan, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or nineteen (19) in certain states, and a permanent U.S. resident. You must also meet our income, credit, and verification requirements. Products are not available in all states — see our Rates & Terms page for state restrictions.
Loan Terms
Onoloans offers consumer installment loans. All loans are subject to credit approval. Loan amounts, annual percentage rates, fees, and repayment schedules will be disclosed in your loan agreement before you accept any offer. You are not obligated to accept any offer. We encourage you to borrow only what you need and what you are able to timely repay.
This is an expensive form of credit. Before applying, consider whether a loan is the right option for you.
Repayment
You agree to repay your loan according to the terms of your loan agreement. Late payments, missed payments, and other defaults may result in fees as allowable under tribal and applicable federal law, and may be reported to consumer reporting agencies. Accounts in serious default may be referred to third-party collection agencies.
Communications
By providing a phone number or email address, you consent to be contacted regarding your application, account status, collection matters, and changes to account terms and conditions. You may manage your communication preferences through your account or by contacting customer service.
Website Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
Governing Law
Your loan agreement is governed by the Indian Commerce Clause of the Constitution of the United States of America and the laws of the Mechoopda Indian Tribe of Chico Rancheria, and, to the extent applicable, federal law. The specific governing-law provisions applicable to your loan are set forth in your loan agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onoloans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount of fees, if any, you have paid to us for website services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
